Johor Human Capital Management System known as JohorCareer is an initiative by State Government of Johor in collaboration with Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA). This system is developed to manage and monitor the database related to supply and demand of human capital in Johor generally and Iskandar Malaysia specifically.

The purpose of this system is to assist jobseekers in looking for suitable job and provide opportunities for career advancement. This system also provide informations on demand and supply of workforce in Johor.
